Stampee Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the electronic membership stamp card wallet service provided by Stampee, a company registered in Germany. By registering or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

Stampee is an electronic membership stamp card management platform for small businesses. Consumer services: - Earn stamps by scanning merchant QR codes - View and manage stamp records across merchants - Participate in stamp activities and redeem rewards - Manage notification preferences Merchant services: - Generate QR codes for stamp collection - Create and manage stamp activities - View statistics - Verify and process redemption codes

Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old. Registration: Valid email and password (or Google OAuth). Merchants must also provide a store name. Account security: Keep your credentials secure and do not share them. Termination: - You may request deletion at any time (hello@stampee.app) - We may terminate accounts for violations or 12 months of inactivity

Prohibited conduct: - Unauthorized access to other accounts or data - Reverse engineering or exploiting security vulnerabilities - Uploading illegal or harmful content - Falsifying stamp records or redemption information - Creating fake merchant accounts - Intentionally disrupting the Service Enforcement: Warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination.

Merchant obligations: - Accurately set activity rules and rewards - Provide rewards as promised - Promptly process valid redemption codes - No false advertising Consumer data protection: - Must not attempt to obtain consumer personal information - Must not misuse anonymized stamp data Stampee serves solely as a technology platform and does not participate in transactions between merchants and consumers.

Plans: - Free: Up to 5 active activities per month - Business: EUR 29/month, unlimited activities New merchants receive a 30-day free Business trial. Payments processed via Stripe. Business plan renews monthly. Cancellation takes effect at end of current cycle. Fees are non-refundable. Full refund available within 14 days of first subscription payment.

The Stampee brand, software, and interface design are owned by Stampee. You retain IP rights to your content but grant Stampee a non-exclusive license to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is." Stampee is a technology platform and does not participate in transactions between merchants and consumers, nor is it responsible for activity content or reward quality.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100. This does not exclude liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify Stampee against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of German courts. EU Online Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr Contact: hello@stampee.app Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution (30 days).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service. Permanent termination will include 60 days advance notice and time for merchants to export data. We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure events.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent.
